Ingedients:
- Oats-1/4 Cup
- Semolina(SOOJI)-1/2 Cup
- Low fat yogurt-2 tsp
- Ginger-1/2 tsp (Grated)
- Coriander leaves-1tsp (Chopped)
- Curry leaves-1/4 tsp
- Black pepper-1/4 tsp
- Oil-1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method :
- 1.Grind oats in mixer to fine, pour it in bowl and add semolina to it, mix well.
- 2.Add yogurt and water; stir to from a smooth batter without any lumps.
- Add onion, ginger, green chilies, coriander leaves and curry leaves to this mixture; stir again.
- Now add cumin seeds, black pepper and salt;mix and set aside for 10 minutes
- Heat a non-stick tawa, spray it with oil and a ladle full of batter spreading from circumference to the center while pouring (do not spreading the batter with the back of the ladle); cook on 1 side till done.
- Serve hot green chutney
