INGREDIENTS:
- Almond milk-cup
- Chia seeds-1/4 cup
- Strawberries-¼ cup (finely chopped)
- Honey-½ tsp
- Almonds (optional)
METHOD:
- Whisky the almond milk, honey and chia seeds in large bowl; let it sit for 5-10 minutes and then whisky again to prevent clumping.
- Cover and chill in the fridge for 2-3 hours, or overnight.
- Take out from the fridge, stir well and top it up with fresh cut strawberries.
- Serve cold
