A Parfait refers to a desert served in layers in a glass. This is a easy to make healthy version of a strawberry parfait- a good option for breakfast or a quick snack.

- Fresh Strawberries sliced-1/2 cup
- Any flavored yogurt- preferably vanilla-1/2 cup
- Granola or your favorite cereal-1/2 cup
- Take a glass and layer the granola, yogurt and strawberries one by one.
- Repeat till all the ingredients have been put one by one.
- Top with crunchy granola and serve.
