Cabbage And Tomato Soup

Serving size: 1 soup bowl

Nutrition Info :

  • Calories: 85
  • Protein: 2g
  • Fat: 3g
  • Carbs: 12g

INDREIENTS :

  • Onion-1/4 cup (chopped)
  • Cabbage-1/2 cup ( shredded)
  • Tomatoes-2 small
  • Water-2 cups
  • Oil-½ tsp
  • Salt and pepper-to taste

METHOD :

  • Boil tomatoes in a pan for a minute and immediately add to ice cold water.
  • Remove the skin and puree in a mixer
  • Heat a non-stick pan, lightly spray with oil.
  • Add onion and cabbage, sauté for a minute.
  • Add water and bring the mixture to a boil.
  • Now add tomato puree, salt and to a pepper.
  • Cook for another 10 minutes on low heat.
  • Serve hot.
