Avocado Toast With Egg

INGREDIENTS :
- Egg -1
- Multigrain bread-1 slice
- Avocado-1/2 (sliced)
- Onion- 1 tsp (chopped)
- Tamato-1 tsp (chopped)
- Salt and pepper- to taste
- Basil- a pinch
- Coriander leaves- ½ tsp (chopped)
METHOD :
- Bring 250ml water in a pot to boil, when the water is boiling , turn off the heat and carefully crack the egg directly into water.
- Cover the pot and poach for 5 minutes.
- While the egg is cooking, toast the bread separately.
- Mash avocados with tomato, onion salt and pepper in a bowl.
- When the egg is done, use a spatula and lift the egg out of the water and place the poached egg on the tissue to remove water.
- Apply the avocado spread on the toast, now place the poached egg, sprinkle with basil and garnish with coriander.
- Serve immediately.
