Quick Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal

INGREDIENTS:
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 cup water or milk ( You can also use almond milk for a non-diary option)
- ½ cup chopped apple
- ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
- ½ tsp chia seeds
- ¼ tsp brown sugar or ½ tsp maple syrup (optional)
METHOD:
- Combine oats and milk ( or water) in a bowl and microwave for 3 minutes. Once ready, top it with apples , cinnamon , brown sugar and chia seeds.
- Serve it immediately.
