Ingredients:
- Oats-4 tablespoon
- Carrot-1, grated
- Raisins-8
- Milk-2 cups
- Cardamom powder-1/2 teaspoon
- Honey-2 teaspoon
- Almonds-4
Method:
- Take half cup milk and soak oats and raisins in it for about 10 minutes.
- Keep the remaining milk with grated carrots to boil for 5 minutes.
- Soaked raisins and oats are now to be added to the boiling milk with carrots.
- Simmer the whole mixture for 5 more minutes.
- Enhance flavours with cardamom powder, almonds and honey.
- Serve hot.
