INDREDIENTS:
- Round pasta-½ cup
- Cherries-½ cup
- Thick slick of black olives-1 tbsp
FOR SAUCE
- Oil-½ tsp
- Garlic-2 flakes (Crushed)
- Tomato puree-2tsp
- Tomato ketchup-½ tbsp
- Salt-to taste (keep low)
- Oregano and red chili flake mix-1/2 tsp
METHOD
- Boil paste with and drop of oil: stain and wash it with cold running water to remove any starch.
- To prepare tomato sauce, heat oil in non-stick pan; add garlic and sauté until brow.
- Stir in the tomato puree, sauce, oregano, and salt.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on medium heat then remove from flame.
- Add pasta and mix well to coat.
- Serve as you like.
