A Parfait refers to a desert served in layers in a glass. This is a easy to make healthy version of a strawberry parfait- a good option for breakfast or a quick snack.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Fresh Strawberries sliced-1/2 cup
  • Any flavored yogurt- preferably vanilla-1/2 cup
  • Granola or your favorite cereal-1/2 cup

METHOD:

  • Take a glass and layer the granola, yogurt and strawberries one by one.
  • Repeat till all the ingredients have been put one by one.
  • Top with crunchy granola and serve.
