INGREDIENTS :

  • Beetroot-1 small
  • Tomato deseeded-1 medium
  • Cucumber-1 small
  • Iceberg lettuce-1/2 cup shredded
  • Red/yellow bell pepper-1 small
  • Salt and pepper to toast
  • Sesame seeds-1 tsp
  • Lemon juice-tsp

METHOD :

  • Wash and chop all vegetables into small cubes.
  • Add salt, lemon juice and pepper to taste.
  • Mix well.
  • Serve at room temperature topped with sesame seeds.
