INGREDIENTS :
- Beetroot-1 small
- Tomato deseeded-1 medium
- Cucumber-1 small
- Iceberg lettuce-1/2 cup shredded
- Red/yellow bell pepper-1 small
- Salt and pepper to toast
- Sesame seeds-1 tsp
- Lemon juice-tsp
METHOD :
- Wash and chop all vegetables into small cubes.
- Add salt, lemon juice and pepper to taste.
- Mix well.
- Serve at room temperature topped with sesame seeds.
