Quick Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal

INGREDIENTS:

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup water or milk ( You can also use almond milk for a non-diary option)
  • ½ cup chopped apple
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
  • ½ tsp chia seeds
  • ¼ tsp brown sugar or ½ tsp maple syrup (optional)

METHOD:

  • Combine oats and milk ( or water) in a bowl and microwave for 3 minutes. Once ready, top it with apples , cinnamon , brown sugar and chia seeds.
  • Serve it immediately.
