Mushroom and Tomato Toast

Ingredients:

  • Whole wheat bread-2 slices
  • Mushrooms thinly sliced-1 cup
  • Garlic-1 clove (crushed)
  • Tomatoes-chopped ¼ cup
  • Onions-Chopped ¼ cup
  • Green chili (optional)
  • Coriander-1 tsp (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil-1/2 tsp

Method:

  • Heat oil in a pan and stir fry garlic and onions for a minute on high flame.
  • Add tomatoes, green chilli, salt and pepper; mix and cook on medium flame 2 minutes
  • Add mushrooms and stir fry till they are brown
  • Toast two bread slices and spread the mixture on both toasts and serve.
