Italian Pasta Bites

INDREDIENTS:

  • Round pasta-½ cup
  • Cherries-½ cup
  • Thick slick of black olives-1 tbsp

FOR SAUCE

  • Oil-½ tsp
  • Garlic-2 flakes (Crushed)
  • Tomato puree-2tsp
  • Tomato ketchup-½ tbsp
  • Salt-to taste (keep low)
  • Oregano and red chili flake mix-1/2 tsp

METHOD

  • Boil paste with and drop of oil: stain and wash it with cold running water to remove any starch.
  • To prepare tomato sauce, heat oil in non-stick pan; add garlic and sauté until brow.
  • Stir in the tomato puree, sauce, oregano, and salt.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes on medium heat then remove from flame.
  • Add pasta and mix well to coat.
  • Serve as you like.
