Chia Seed Pudding

INGREDIENTS:

  • Almond milk-cup
  • Chia seeds-1/4 cup
  • Strawberries-¼ cup (finely chopped)
  • Honey-½ tsp
  • Almonds (optional)

METHOD:

  • Whisky the almond milk, honey and chia seeds in large bowl; let it sit for 5-10 minutes and then whisky again to prevent clumping.
  • Cover and chill in the fridge for 2-3 hours, or overnight.
  • Take out from the fridge, stir well and top it up with fresh cut strawberries.
  • Serve cold
